My 2020 Mustang has stiff suspension. The adaptive cruise uses a radar sensor that has two ball mounts and a singled lower bolt bracket. One of the ball mounts popped loose pushing the sensor out of place which disabled adaptive cruise and automatic emergency braking. Quickly diagnosed the issue with the scanner. Then applied for a 2 month free extended license (just search "forscan support request" copy in your scanner ID and they'll give you a 2 month trial!). With the extended license I was able to run the Radar Alignment "Service" — drove the car above 30mph for 5-10 minutes and the "Radar is not aligned" message disappeared! Service successful! And I've driven it a few times and the Adaptive Cruise works perfectly! This $70 device saved me a trip to a radar servicing center or worse a dealership that would've charged me HUNDREDS. Compatible with most Ford Vehicles 1996+ (including Mazda, Lincoln & Mercury). Installed the forscan software on a Windows 11 laptop and it worked perfectly. Connected via USB 2.0 just fine and was recognized immediately. The software is easy to read and understand.
I've found this cable to be extremely easy to use and set up. The moulding is very stable and works well with ForSCAN and Renolink. Compatible with Windows 10 and 11.
Habe neben dem Bluetooth-Adapter OBDLink MX+ mit Android 13+15 und Forscan Lite Independent Version nun auch den USB-Adapter OBDLink EX zusammen mit Windows 10-Laptop und der Forscan Windows Version (Free) für unseren Ford Mondeo im Einsatz. Forscan zeigt an, dass bereits die neueste Firmware vom OBDLink verwendet wird. Die Windows-Version von Forscan hat im Gegensatz zur Android Lite Version noch zusätzliche Programmiermöglichkeiten. Auch die Anzahl der Steuergeräte bzw. HS-CAN und MS-CAN Module, die in der Summe immerhin 20 Module betragen. Auch die Anzahl der verfügbaren PIDs im Dashboard sind über 500. Also genug zum Anzeigen oder Überprüfen. Wichtig ist nur beim OBDLink EX die größtmögliche Geschwindigkeit des USB-Adapters in Forscan einzustellen. Mit der größten Vorteil für mich ist es, dass man keinen manuellen Umschalter mehr braucht, um zwischen HS-CAN und MS-CAN hin- und herzuschalten.
It works very well, even with different car brands — not just Mazda or Ford. I used it with OBDwiz, and the connection was fast and stable. The build quality feels solid, and it provides accurate readings every time. Definitely a dependable tool for diagnostics and data logging.
The OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter is hands down one of the best investments I've made for my vehicle. I bought it specifically to work with FORScan on my Ford, and it performs flawlessly. スズキとマツダを所有していますので、使い道があるかと購入しました。マツダはOEM固有データが豊富で皆さんがレビューしている通り素晴らしいツールです。
マツダの純正コンピュータ書き換え用に購入しました。こちらはCAN-HIとCAN-LOに対応しているので全ての搭載コンピュータをみることができます！切り替えスイッチのあるタイプは切り替えても使えなかったです。
FORScan開発チームから公式に推奨されている製品です。AIを駆使すれば素人の自分でもなんとかなりました。不満はありません。
Very happy works perfect with FORscan - using on my dad's 2019 Ford Endura and had very comprehensive array of diagnostics. Originally had a BlueDriver which is just terrible.
2006年 Ford Mustang でDTCコード読み取り、消去、問題無く使用できました。日本でもOBD車検が始まり、チェックランプ点灯した状態では通らなくなるので、これを購入しました。一時的に拾ったDTCでも消去しないと点灯したままになるコードもあり、OBDスキャンはユーザー車検持ち込みするような人には必要です。その他データロガーなどあるようですが、未確認。
